Received April 20, at 8.50 a.m. A message from Bastrop, Louisiana, reports that the State Attorneys have filed bills cf information in connection with the murders and Watt and Daniels. Warrants have been issued for the arrest of eighteen persons, including ShipworUr, lire exalted “Cyclops” of the Ku Klux Klan, and M'Kqin, a Mayor of Merronge.—A. and N.Z. Cable. [The Merroiige Grand Jury which heard evidence at the hearing in connection with the murder of Walt and Daniels, declared on March 15 that the evidence did not warrant an indictment of any individuals. The Slate Attorneys expressed surprise, and declared that they would proceed along several other courses which were open to them to obtain indictments, such as filing bills of information against persons suspected of this crime, or calling a new grand jury.]
