RETURNED SOLDIERS’ CHOIR
The final concert of the season hv- the Returned Soldiers’ Choir, to bo held in His Majesty's Theatre on Wednesday’, December 6, promises to bo of more than ordinary interest to local concert-goers. The programme includes the paid-songs chosen by the subscribers to the choir, and aa the members have diligently practised them suooesa should bo assured Amongst the numbers chosen are Stanford’s great cycle, 1 The Songs of the Fleet,’ the eolos being sung by Mr A. G, (Moke, and the song Dawn,’ arranged for the choir by Mr C. A. Marlin (the official accompanist). Variety will bo afforded by tte assistance of Mis* 11. Grant, Mrs Dixon, and Messrs F. Haig and W. Gommoll, all of whom are favorably known to concert patrons.
