DAFFODIL DAY
On Friday next the Royal New Zealand Society for the Health of Women and Children will hold a Daffodil Day in Dunedin. Messrs Simpson and Hart, of Lawrence, are again generously forwarding thousands of daffodil blooms ior sale in the streets in aid of the work of the Rlunket nurses and_ tho Karitane-Harris Hospital. In addition to the flowers, cakes, pies, etc., hooks, tovs, and general produce will bo for sale at the various stallsj and the support of a generous public is besought to ensure that tho stalls shall be well stocked with goods for this worthy object.
