(Received August 19, at 8.65 a.m.) Following derailment of the BuffaloNiagara Falls train, nine persons were injured. Tho officials announced that fifty stick; of dynamite were found on the track. A reward has been offered of 10,000dol for the arrest of the wreckers. CONFERENCES ADJOURNED. MR HARDING’S PART. NEW YORK, August 18. (Received 1 August 19, at 8.55 a.m.) The joint conference of the Railway Executives and Railway Brotherhoods in the shopmen’s ‘strike was adjourned last night without arriving at a definite conclusion, but both were satisfied with the progress. Seniority rights are still the stumbling-block. I’lie conference resume: this morning. The anthracite conference at Philadelphia was adjourned till this afternoon fot noth sides to confer with colleagues and tho Washington Admini|tration.
