Cable. LONDON WOOL 'SALES. LONDON, July 26. At the wool sales there was a poor selection of merinos, with strong Continental competition for super, especially by the Swiss and Germans, at top prices. TALLOW SALE • LONDON, July 26. At the tallow sale 2,115 casks were offered and 1,043 sold. Fine beef, 455; others unchanged.—A. and N.Z. Cable. RABBITSKINS. LONDON, July 26. At the rabbitskin sale 650 bales were offered and 730 sold. Prices were irregular. Good hatters’ sorts advanced 10 per cent. ; unpullecl declined 10 per cent.
