Governor Robinson, of Oklahoma, has been arrested on a charge of accepting a bribe of 25,000 dollars to permit iho operation of a banking institution while it was alleged to bo insolvent. Prominent bankers and other State officials indicated that the result was the failure of several State banks.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
