‘Lo Petit Parisien,’ in. dealing with tho duration of control of the Gorman army, navy, and air forces, states that the Ambassadors’ Conference favors Signor Stem's proposal for eight years,'on tho condition that the time should bo .shortened if the German policy hi satisfactory. Tho Note which wan handed to the For. eign Minister at Berlin calls tho German Government's attention to the obstruction encountered by the Interallied Military Commififiion, and urges the Government to stop practices which bjto' delaying tho carrying out of tho disarmament conditions which wc.ro prescribed in the l?oa« Treaty.—A. and N.Z.
