R3B MEMORIAL FUND
LONDON, October 1. The conned of the Royal Aeronautical Society lias decided to establish a memorial fund in commemoration of the victims of the R3B disaster. The proposal is to invest the capital, and to devote tho income to the encouragement of the- investigation of problems connected with airships
