FEVERISH SPECULATION, Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. BERLIN, October 13. (Received October 14, at 9.50 a.m.) The. boom on the Slock Exchange continues. The average prices of industrial stocks are twice as much as they were early iu March, and thrice as muck as in January, 1920. The chief recent feature is the rapid rise in shipping slocks, most of them advancing in a few days by a nominal sura exceeding the whole issue price—A and N.Z. Cable.
