BIBLE SCHOOLS’ CONGRESS
The quarterly Bible Schools congress of the Churches of Christ was held at the Boslyn chapel on Monday, when sixty teachers from the Tabernacle and suburban schools attended. Tho president of the union (Mr Theodore Arnold} presided, and after devotions introduced tho Rev. Mr Barton, who delivered an address on ‘The Requirements oi the Bible School Teachers,’ stressing the importance of personality and imagination and the art of questioning as being the principal aids required for the education of the young. At the conclusion of the speaker’s address the chairman convoyed the hearty thanks of the meeting to _Mr Barton for his able and lucid speech. Musical and elocutionary items were rendered by Miss Billing, Messrs Adams and Alexander. Ihe Roslyn teachers provided supper at tho close of the session.
