Details of fighting at Piazha Raghza, in tho neighborhood of Ladka Camp, on April 25 show, says a Simla telegram, that it was of a most severe character. A party of picketing troops, attacked by 200 to 300 Mahsuds, displayed tho greatest bravery. All five British officers present were wounded, and Lieutenant. Kidd, of tho Ghuvkns, succumbed to his injuries. Lieutenant Rodham, of the Punjabis, who was wounded,, was brought, in under firo by a Sepoy named Shahmiwaz, to whom the Victoria Cross has beau awarded. Licutuaut Grant, of the Ghurkns, rendered most timely help in rescuing tho convoys, which lost over 500 camels.
