GRAND AND PLAZA

There is a splendid bill at the above houses. Eileen Peiv.v appears in ‘ Why Trust Your Husband';’—a merry comedydrama. On the first anniversary of their wedding Eunice Day (Eileen Percy) is preparing a surprise dinner for her very busy husband, Elmer, the while addressing love talk to a kcwpic doll. Overhearing, Elmer, unaware of tho kewpie, become® jealous, and rushes off to the office under a pretence of business, without comment on her sweet surprise. The young couple drift farther and farther apart, each attending balls and dances and flirting with others, until matters are brought to a head in an unusual and laughable manner, and they are reunited. Supporting Miss Percy in the cast are Harry Myers, liny Ripley, Harry Dunkinson, Milla Davenport, Jane Miller, Hayward Mack, and Bess True. Tho story was written by George E. Marshall and Paul Cazencuvc, George K. Marshall directed, and Lucien Andriot was the camera man. Also on tho bill is dainty Mary Milos Minter in ‘Anno of Green Gables.’ The fact will undoubtedly bo popularly conceded that although the libraries bo searched from coiling to cellar, no more suitable story than that of tho irrepressible Anno could bo found, ‘Anno of Green Gables’ is a delightfully wholesome story, made for sheer entertainment. Included in the oast are George Stewart. Marcia Stewart, Fred Burton, E. T. Charlies. Leila Romer, Lincoln Stcdman, and J. B. Hollis. The picture was directed by William Desmond Taylor. The supports are good.
