Delacroix, Belgian Premier, interviewed, said_ he had Succeeded in his negotiations with Mr Lloyd George concerning the German reparations. The Geneva Conference would not be held. The Interallied Reparations Commission would hear the German explanation and proposals, and then report to the allied Governments, who would make their own arrangements. A conference between Prance and Britain will shortly bo held at Brussels.—A and N..Z Cable.
