MAORI HILL FOOTBALL CLUB
The adjourned. annual meeting of above was held last night. Mr C. Beeby, sen. (president), presided, and there was a quite satisfactory attendance. In moving tho adoption of tho annual report and bal-yico-sheet the Chairman commented on tho unsaiisfactoiy record of the club for the past season. He impressed upon members flic necessity for systematic training, and hoped that the incoming season would be a successful one. The following office-bearers were elected; —President, Mr C. Beeby, sen.; vice-prev-dents—Messrs It. Colgrave, G. J. Scott, L. Addison, W. B. Reynolds, P. H, Young. T. L. Reynolds, C. Beeby, iuu., H. W. Gamble. P. S. Rorneril. H J. Rigby, J. Buchan, ami J. Graham: treasurer, Mr H. Balk: committee— Messrs S. Anderson, J, Jeffreys, W. W. Beeby, L. Latimer, and C. Belhvorthv: Temporary Selection Committee—Messrs Colgiv.vo, Addison, and Buchan; practice captain, Mr H. Balk. ' It was decided to enter a senior grade team, and also to endeavor In form a team for a lower grade. The first practice will be held on Saturday next.
