REWARD OFFERED. rP=s United Pbess Absociaxios.] WELLINGTON, March 27. The Government have offered a reward of £2OO for information leading to the arrest of Harry Deeley in connection, with the murder of Mrs Ethelin Webbv at Palmerston North on the 18th "inst. Deeley is a laborer, 37 years old.
