A NAIVE NOTION
SEND EX-KAISER TO SAMOA. [Pea United Pnsss Association.] WELLINGTON, March 27. What may be regarded as one of the curiosities of the Samoan trip is a proposal to intern the ex-Kaiser in Samoa. The author of this schema is ono H. J. Moots; an American citizen, of manv yeara residence in Apia, but believed to be of German extraction. His idea, is that it would relieve everyone of trouble if the Kaiser (or Count HohenzoUern, as he calls him) had a portion of his fortune restored, with which he should buy out the interests of the New Zealand Government and all others who desired to sell, after which he could set up business in the islands (in Upclu for choice), where he would be far enough away and powerless for mischief.
