LONDON BOROUGH ELECTIONS.

The final results of the municipal elections dn 28 London Boroughs show that tho Reformers control 14 borough councils, Labor controls 14, and the Progressives control one. The Reformers won 556 seats Labor 557, the Progressives 130, and others 39. PARIS LACKS FUEL. - PARIS, November 4. Paris is suffering from a terrible coal shortage. Many of the schools are without fires. Tho" people arc attempting to heat tho shops and! institutions with weed and oil. The railway strike in England accentuated the fuel'difficulty, and now ■th-e American strikes (coal and shipping] are prolonging the shortage. GERMAN AIRSHIPS MISHAP. AMSTERDAM, November 4. (Received November 6, at 10.40 a.m.) A German airship', with a crew and passengers a.board totalling 50, failed to make a landing near Berlin during a storm. The airship disappeared in the darkness. badly damaged. There is no further news.
