(Received September 25, at 12.40 p.m.) Thousands of passengers throughout the Australian Commonwealth are awaiting shipping facilities to visit England. A large number of Australians in London are also waiting a chance to return to Australia. The Federal Government have issued a warning that passages cannot be secured within six months,, except where business or other urgent reasons exist, as it is stated that a number of shipping companies are not prepared to accept the agreement recently reached by tho Melbourne round-table conference regarding overtime rates.
