RETURNED SOLDIERS' CLUB
A meeting of the committee of the above was held last evening, Mr E. C. Reynolds 'presiding. The secretary reported ttftafc he Jiad had several replies from the late hon. members of the Anzac Club, signifying their willingness to continue aa members of the present Soldiers' Club. Messrs E. O. Reynolds, J. J. Mallard, and Colonel Strong were appointed the House Committee for the ersrung month. The manager submitted his report, making several suggestions. These were referred to the House Committee- to confer with the manager. It was mentioned that some of the returned men did not seem to be aware that the club was open to t)hem, and it was resolved to endeavor to make known, through <the Returned SoldUer®' Association. :*that all returned men will bo very wel- ; come at the club. ! A large amount of detail business was : (transacted. The meeting concluded with i a vote of thanks to the ..chair.
