NEXT DOMINION CHAMPIONSHIPS [Special to the ‘Star.’] CHRISTCHURCH, May 3. At tho meeting of the Near Zealand Swimming Council a letter was read from the Otago Centro accepting the council’s offer regarding the holding of next season’s Dominion championships in Dunedin. Mr Benson (the Otago delegate) read a letter he had. received from Mr P. Rundle, ex-secretary of the New Zealand Council, and now a member of the Otago Centre, supporting tho view that Otago was fully prepared to .conduct next year’s Dominion championships. It was decided to write to the Otago Centro asking for a return of the centre’s dubs in compliance with the rules before a final decision was arrived at.
