A six-roomed house and -l-acre section in Currie street, in tho estate of the late James Fairley, fell to Mr Hithefc for £522 10a. In the late Mrs Basko's estate a ecctiou ami two houses in Magnetic street, and a section in Meridian street failed to reach tho reserve. A four-roomed house and section belonging to Mrs A.
