PARIS, March 15. (Received March 18, at 1.10 p.m.) The British delegation to the Peace Conference) further discussed the Pacific Islands mandates (jnestion. There is a growing British feeling that Japan should ho given a similar mandate us regards the Marshall and Caroline Islands. Regarding Nauru Island, Australia has expressed her willingness to accept any form of mandate acceptable to Britain, but the Colonial Cilice wishes the mandates to remain in British hands.
