O.F.A. A meeting of the Otago Foot bill Association Executive Committee was Jioii last evening; present—Messrs W. R. Sinclair (chairman), Haig, Dunne, Aitchison, Brown, Nichol, Milburn, Davis, i<ixl Anderson. A report as to the financial remits of the Brown Shield match Canterbury v. Otago was received from the Canterbury Assooiation.—Tho secretary reported that, in accordance with arrangements, the Otago Association's share had been distributed amongst the players Messrs Dunne", Aitchison, and Dorian wore appointed a special committee to visit and report upon all grounds. It was decided to apply to the Otago Harbor Board for the use' of two paying areas on the Lake Logan site. Mr J. Dunne reported that the Schools Committee had already commenced activities, and that the prospects for schools football were particularly bright. Mr J. A. Milburn advised that there was a probability of a new club being formed amongst members of the late Wednesday Association teams. The annua! meeting of the association was fixed for the 24th inst. It was decided to recommend to the annual meoting that Canterbury be invited to send a representative team to Dunedin early in the incoming season. Messrs Dunne, Haig, and the secretary were appointed to consider the association's rules, with a view to suggesting revisions at the annual meeting. Mr Dunne congratulated the chairman upon the harmonious manner in which tho business had been conducted during the past season.—ln replv Mr Sinclair thanked the members for their co-operation.
