STARVING AUSTRIA.
LONDON. Marh 13. The chaotic position of the peoples _of tbe broken Austrian Empire is causing the Allies the greatest concern. Starvation and Bolshevism are the twin dangers which threaten utter disruption. Sir Wm. Beveridc*, the British representative on the Inter-allied Commission, suggests that from 5.000 to 10.COO allied troops shotild be sent to Czecho-Slovakia (Bohemia and Moravia) to ensure tbe disiribntion of food.
