"A SCANDALOUS DOCUMENT"
REMOVAL FROM COURT RECORDS ORDERED. [Per United Press Association.] CHRIST CHURCH, March 13. Application was made before Mr Justice Herdman in the Supreme Court to-day by John Scott Myers to reverse the decision of Mr Justice Denniston in an affiliation appeal concerning the paternity of the illegitimate child of Myers's daughter. The case has been before the Courts since 1912, andi was finally disposed of by Mr Justice Denniston, who allowed the appeal against the judgment of Mr Day, S.M., who had adjudged the defendant Crozier the putative father of the child. Recently Myers filed an affidavit in the Supreme Court making serious charges against the officials, and asking that Sir John Denndstcm’s judgment be reversed. Mr Justice Herdman declined the application, stating ‘that Mr Justice Denmston’s jud'Trent was conclusive. He also ordered Myers’s affidavit to he removed from the court records as a scandalous document. Three guineas costa were allowed against Myers. ______
