The Poherna left Westport at 5.30 a.m. to-dav, coal laden, for Lyttelton. Oarearu, and Dunedin. She is expected here early next. week. Tho Monowai timed to leavo Auckland to-morrow afternoon for Napier, Wellington, Lyttelton, and Dunedin. The Union * Company advise that the Waihora will leave' Bluff to-morrow for Dunedin. She should therefore arrive here on Friday morning. The Mamari, after loading bnttsr, ohoeae, frozen meat, and preserved rabbits, left Port Chalmers early this morning to .complete her Homeward loading at Bluff and Wellington. Tho Wanaka, after underging 24 hours' quarantine, berthed at Port Chalmers this morning to discharge her Newcastle coal cargo. Tho Japanese steamer Aobasan Mara, with general cargo from Japan, is due at Melbourne to-day. The Arahirra, which was held up at Auckland for a week, owirfg to a dispute between the stewards and firemen, has resumed her running in the Aucklrmd-Ots-borne-Napier sen-ice. She will leave Nar. pjw to-night for Gisborne and Auckland. HINEMOA EXPECTED TO-DAY. The Hinemoa arrived off Moeraki lighthouse this morning, and after the crew had laiufcd ftores proceeded on to Capo Saunders lighthouse, where stores -svero lar>dod this afternoon. She is expected* to arrive at Dunedin tins evening, and after taking on board a.n additional supuly of stores will ornceod to southern and West Coast lighthouses. SHIPPING TELBGRAMS. WELLINGTON.
