The local Typographical Union deny the right of some of those claiming to represent tho employees to attend the recent conference with tho employers, and assort that all their representatives contravened thoir Instructions in entering into an agreement that did not contain the full eoncession without first consulting their unions. A resolution was passed calling on tho representatives to resign at once, repudiating the agreement, and urging the incoming executive to approach the Arbitration Court to reinstate tho dispute.
