DUNEDIN STOCK EXCHANGE. There was a fair amount of activity on ’Uliange this morning, and sales took place in some of the quartz mining shares. In tho dredging market buyers of lliso and Shines have firmed to 15s, no seller under 16s, and Rising Suns were on oli'or at 12s, without a buyer. In quartz shares, _ Talisman Consolidateds had sales at_ 9a 3d and Ss 4d, the. market closing with buyers offering 9s 3d, sellers asking 9s scl. Waihis were wanted at 59s 6d, no sellers offering. Waihi Gram! Junctions had sales at los Bd, and dosed with a buyer at 15s 6d, seller at 15s Bd. Moimt Lyells had a dose market, buyers offering 50s 9d, sellers asking 51s. Of investment stocks, National Bunk buyers had?’’'eased to 119s, without a seller. Bank of New Zealand* (Bo 6a 8d paid) had inquiry at £l2 15s 6d. B. and 0. deferred buyers have firmed to £568, no seller under £570. New Zealand Paper Mills had u, dose market, buyers at 22s 7d. sellers at 22s 9d.
