The Rev. R. B. Haggitt, ALA., vicar of St. Mary’s, Moxivak, Christchurch, has been appointed Archdeacon of Christchurch, in succession, to Archdeacon Gossett. Mr Haggitt, who is a son of Air D’Atcv Haggitt, of this City, is an old Otago High School boy, .end graduated at Otago University. Major Hickey bus been summoned to Wellington on departmental business, and left Dunedin this morning. rtipf-iin Douglas V. Donaldson, of Dunedin, is returning on duty with one of the drafts shortly due. Corporal F. -M.
