ZENANA MISSION
A meeting of the local branch of the above mission was held in the Y.W.C.A, rooms last evening. Mr S. Dunkly occupied the chair, and opened the- meeting by reading the second chapter ■ of the epistle of James. Miss Lilley, the organising secretary for New Zealand/ reported that she had heard from Miss Russell, a, missionary on furlough from the staff in India, and that she- would arrive in Dunedin on March 7. Several meetings had been arranged for her, and it was hoped that she would be of great assistance in working up interest in the object of the mission in Dunedin and in imparting direct information regarding the work in all its ramifications in India. The meetings which will be addressed by Miss Russell will be advertised in due course, and anyone desirous of learning about mission work .at first hand should make a point of being present to hear' the interesting story which she has to tell.
