FINLAND'S REVOLUTION.
Beuter's Telegrams. PETROGRAD, February 18. (Received February 19, at 9 a'm.l The ' Evening Post's' correspondent - States that the Forty-second Army Corps has been ordered to begin operations against the White Guards in -Finland. Largo detachments of Petrograd troops are en route for Viborg. The backbone of General ManneTheim's 1 White Guards is composed of several thousand Finns from Germany, who are well supplied with artillery. General Mannerheim commands about 60,000 men.
