GREAT COMBING OUT. LONDON, November 3. (Received November 4, nt 10.55 a.m.) Mr Lloyd George has combed-out all civilians under 26 years from the War Office and its subsidiary departments who are fit for general service, leaving 171 fit men ont of a staff of 7.200 pet-sons, inclusive of women. Then; will be a. tumilar combing out of non-eommissionfld tftiiiWy employee?, and as many commissioned officers as possible will" be released for field service.
