TO THE EDITOR. Sir, —I would like to draw attention to the way in which passengers on the ferry ooat from Portobello to Port Chalmers afo hampered by the blocking of the approach to the ferry wharf at Port by the shifting of old hulks and dredges and"the tug boat, lesterday afternoon women and children had to climb over the old tugs to get the tram for Dunedin.
