The High - Commissioner reports from London, February 8 (1.40 p.m.): In the Jacobstadt region, the Russians suocessiully searched along the river Noossey, 'beyond the enemy’s wire entanglements, and surprised - a party of the enemy. .North of Eogan the Russians exploded a mine under the enemy’s wire entanglements and trenches. After capturing the crater and trenches many' German dead were found.
