A cable has been received in Sydney stating that the Mamari was despatched from Montreal on September 20 for Australian and New Zealand ports. En route from London to Sydney and New Zealand ports, the Star or Australia left Melbourne on September 29, and was due at Sydney on October 1. The Arawa, which has been discharging the balance of her Homo cargo and also loading produce for the past few days at Port Chalmers, leaves to-night to continue her loading at Timaru.
