The Kov/hai left Greymouth on Tuesday for Lyttelton’ and Dunedin, She proceeds from hero to Gisborne via ports. The Paloona left to-day for Auckland via ports. The Karori was expected bo leave about midday to-day for Bluff and Westport. The Wanaka was expected to leave Sydney yesterday for Bluff and Oamaru. A cable has been received in Sydney stating that the Mamari was despatched from Montreal on September 20 for Australian and New Zealand ports. En route from London to Sydney and New Zealand ports, the Star or Australia left Melbourne on September 29, and was due at Sydney on October 1. The Arawa, which has been discharging the balance of her Homo cargo and also loading produce for the past few days at Port Chalmers, leaves to-night to continue her loading at Timaru. THE FERRY SERVICE. The Mararoa, from, Wellington, arrived at Lyttelton at 9.30 a.m. to-day, and connected, with the second express for the south. SHIPPING TELEGRAMS.
