The House met at noon.
The following local Bills were passed ; —Tauranga Foreshore Vesting and Endowment, Otago Harbor Board Empowering, Dunedin District Drainage and Sewerage Acts Amendment, Dovonport Borough Vesting, Springs County Council Reclamation and Empowering, Lyttelton Borough Extension Bill. Progress was reported on the following Bills : —Moa County and Mangaivhero County. In respect to the Inglewood Borough Endowment Disposal Bill progress was reported by 28 to 27. Subsequently it was found that there was an error in the division list, and the matter was held over till 2.30, when it will be ascertained how the Hon, W. D; S. MacDonald «ast his vyito. The House rose at 1.20.
