The touring team met the Otago High School Second Fifteen on the echool ground yesterday afternoon, and after a well-con-tested game victory rested with the home team, by 19 points to 6. CRICKET. At a special meeting of the Dunedin Cricket Club, held last night, it was deI oided that, subject to the adjustment of certain financial difficulties, the club should endeavor to carry on as usual without recourse to any., amalgamation scheme; A , strong feeling of club- loyalty was shown i by the meeting, and the opinion expressed that although the membership would doubtless be less it would be most desirable that the game should not lapse, but that opportunity should be given these able and willing to jky to do to, -
