THE JUDGE SITS NEXT WEEK. Mr Justice Sim returns from Christchurch on Saturday, and will sit at Dunedin all next week to adjudicate on Banco and Chamber matters. The following cases have been set down for hearing:—Barry v. Barry and another, an originating summons to vest pro-* perty; Harrison v. Rutherford and another, an originating summons for trustees ’ accounts; Rutherford v, and another, an originating summons for maintenance of infants; in re Karakanui Dredging Company, a motion to wind up; in re Outram Societies’ Hall Company, a motion to wind up; in re Samuel Alfred Ammon (deceased), a motion for order absolute for letters of administration. —Probates, etc.— Sitting in Chambers at Christchurch, His Honor lias granted probate in the estates of the following deceased persons in the Otago district:—Ami Russell (Herbert), James White (Mornington), Jane Kirkwood (St. Kilda), Elizabeth Brown (Dunedin), Catherine M'Skimming (Benhar), Joseph Freeman (Dunedin), John Semple (Waitati), William Main (Dunedin), Peder Fuldseth (Waitahuna Gully), Joseph Oxenboulds (Waitahuna), William Taylor (Kaikorai), Richard Chalker (Port Chalmers), William Ewing Whyte (Warrington), Edward Withers (Broad Bay), Janet Grant (Outram), Robert Chisholm (Dunedin), Ellen Diehl (Herbert), Willoughby Chrichton M'Donall fOamaru), James Prentice (Berwick),' William Joseph Hookey (Dunedin) Christian Anderson (Seacliff).
