WOOLLEN MILLS DISPUTE.
TO THE EDITOR. Sir, —My attention has been drawn to a report, which appeared on June 26, in which Mr Kenaerv, woollen mills employees’ representative, made the statement that Milton Mill had “sacked” several {men who had attended a meeting). This statement is absolutely incorrect. We Lave dismissed no man since the meeting was held, at which, by th© way, two men, two boys, and four girls, two of whom were not long away from school, wore present.
I would have treated this statement with contempt were it not that the public might conclude that it was made by a woollenmill employee, whereas it was made by an outsider. —I am, etc..
Cu.cs. Grey, General Manager Bruce Woollen Company, Milton. Auckland, Julv 3.
