LEPROSY NOTCONTAGIOUS
LEPERS WHO WALK THE STREETS OF NEW YORK. (London ' Times' and Sydney ' Sun' Services.) NEW YORK, June 7. According to the Health Department, 4,050 lepers are walking the streets, attending to their business, supporting their families, and living ordinary lives. Tho department does not segregate lepers, having decided some years ago that the disease is not contagious in this latitude.
