SYDNEY, May 1. I (Received May 1, at 10.30 a-m.) The Dunlop competition for cycling teams of 1C men, each man riding 10 miles | of road, which has beer open to Australian and New Zealand riders for the past 12 months, closed yesterday. The Sydney Northern Suburbs Club (who rode yesterday) did fastest time—viz., 4h omin 56sec, which constitutes a world's record. ! Horder's time for his 10 miles was 21min 50sec. The Marshland (Canterbury) Club held the previous best timo for the 100 miles utider similar conditions— viz., 4h 13min 23sec. i [The prizes offered by the Dunlop Oom- ! pany for the lOC-mile Eelay Test, which stai-ted on .August 1, 1913, and closed yesterday,- were:—Winning team. £100; ; second, £6O; third, £2O. So far as is ; known here, South Canterbury Centre team take third money, their time being 4h 26min 3sec. It was a gocd performanca on Canterbury's part to take second and third places, "and they lost the post of honor on the very last day the competition | was open J
