KING’S THEATRE. The varied and enjoyable new series which opened at this picture resort on Monday evidently finds favor in public estimation, judging by the consistent attendances. The “star” item is a typical American military drama, and it is certainly a finished production. Another doleful but appreciated film is that entitled 'The Half-breed’s Crime.’ ■ HAYWARDS’ PICTURES. As a patriotic community in a military Dominion it is not surprising that the magnificent Napoleonic production at this house is being enthusiastically received by liberal crowds of patrons. The film is entitled to praise for its splendid composition and for the outstanding merit it possesses in all its features. PRINCESS THEATRE. ; Variation and merit constitute the entertaining accomplishments of vaudeville, and the newly-introduced artists this week are certainly earning what makes for the popularity of their stage. ■ Brent Hayes is a fine banjoist, Mantell’s Marionette* form a novel combination, while vocal music is interspersed, with attractive mirth. The company stage the pantomime for the last occasion .to-night. ‘A NIGHT WU BURNS.’ The Rev. John Miller, of Sfc.
