A woman named Wallace or Richards was found dead in her home with her throat cut. She had apparently been first stunned. There wore signs of a fierce struggle. The husband has been arrested. The Olympic Games fund promoters have appointed a strong committee to carry out their scheme. BRISBANE, November 18. The Assembly has adjourned till December 2. The Premier announced that the early close of the session was due to his proposed visit to London in connection with the loan conversion.
