FIRE ON AUSTRIAN STEAMER. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. MELBOURNE, November 13. (Received November 18, at 9.30 a.m.) The Austrian" steamer ' Josefagost Fokerczeg, from Frieme, has arrived. Her general cargo was seriously damaged by fire and water. The outbreak was discovered on Saturday, 40 miles off Portland. The flames burned fiercely, and the destruction of the vessel was threatened. After many hours' hard fighting the crow managed to check the fire, and the hatcher, were removed and the flames extinguished. SHIPPING TELEGRAMS. SYDNEY, Novmber 18.—10 a.m..
