John Budge, claim £3, for money lent (judgment for 6s costs) ; James P. Simon v. Jane Kilkeary, claim £1 13s, for goods supplied ; J. H. Coory v. Alary E. Corley, claim 17s 6d, for goods supplied ; J. Romison and Go. v. Archibald Weir, claim £lB Is sd, for goods supplied ■ ( juclgm</-.t for 16s) ; executors of A. Lees v. Ernest Crook, claim £7 9s sd, for goods supplied (judgment for 9s 5d and costs). CITY POLICE COURT. (Before H. Y. Widdowson, Esq., S.AI.) Drunkenness.—William Grant was fined 10s, in default 24 hours’ imprisonment.— Edward Ernest Alackesy was fined 20s, in default, three days’ imprisonment.—Alexander Eady was fined 10s, in default 24 hours’ imprisonment, for drunkenness, and 2Cs, in default seven days’ imprisonment, for a breach of a prohibition order.— George Hayes was fined 20s, in default seven days’ imprisonment.—William Baniber was fined 40s, in default 14 days’ imprisonment.
