NEW YORK, October 6,
Henry Spencer, who was arrested on a charge of murdering a Airs Rexrnat at Wheaton (Illinois), has confessed to committing 15 other murders in as many years. His victims included two policemen, whom ho shot in order to escape arrest. A number of women wore killed for their jewellery and money, and he admits that he intended to kill his landlady. Spencer was released from the Illinois Penitentiary last year, and some of his crimes have been committed since that date.
