FARMERS AND FROZEN MEAT. W ELLINGTON, May 3. The Gisborne sheep fanners and frozen meat companies have decided to form an auxiliary company with a capital of £150,000 to take ’up the commercial and financial business undertaken by all established mercantile houses first. The subscription is limited to 40,000 shares to be open to the public, but preference will be given to bona fide farmers.
