(Received May 3, at 10.55 a.m.) There has been a succesful trial in Paris of a 3£ ton hydro-aeroplane, which is designed to attack dirigibles and warships. It has a speed of 62 miles, and carried two passengers, but is capable of carrying Mrs Pankhurst has been removed to a nursing home at Woking. The Scottish Liberals Home Rule Bill provides for a single Chamber of 140 members, representing the existing constituencies except universities.
