SECOND BALLOT CERTAIN. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. SYDNEY, January 3. (Received January 4, at 8 a.m.) So far the returns from the Blayney bvelection are incomplete. Tho Liberal candidate has a good lead, while Mr Beeby (sitting member) and the Labor candidate are making a close fight for second place. A second ballot will be necessary.
