AMALGAMATION WITH MARCONI'S. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. .SYDNEY, January 3. (Received January 4, at 8 a.m.) The secretary of the Australasian Wireless Company has been advised that the amalgamation of that company and Marconi's Australasian branch has been completed. The new company will bo formed when the chairman of the Australasian Wireless Company returns from London.
